Clinical Research Fellow

Aisling Barrett is a clinical research fellow in haematology. She is undertaking a Doctor of Medicine (DM) at Oxford University. She graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2015 and trained in haematology in Ireland prior to coming to Oxford in 2022. She has been a Fellow of the Royal College of Pathology since 2021.

Her research is focused on evaluating therapies for older patients with Hodgkin Lymphoma. She is co-supervised by Graham Collins, consultant haematologist and David Cutter, consultant clinical oncologist. She is an early career researcher with the UK Hodgkin Lymphoma subgroup and is on the steering committee for the Experimental Cancer Medicine Centre Junior Investigator Network Group.
